Instructions
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Set aside. Melt butter. In a mixing bowl, place melted butter and add sugar, mixing well. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Add flour slowly, blending well. Batter will be slightly thick. Spread in buttered and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
