Ingredients
2 | cups stew meat |
2 | cups onion, chopped |
2 | cups potatoes, diced in 1-inch pieces |
2 | cups carrots, sliced in 1-inch pieces |
2 | cups celery, sliced in 1-inch pieces |
1 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
2 | cups frozen peas |
2 | cups frozen whole kernel corn, optional |
Instructions
Bring meat to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain broth; return to pan bringing meat and broth to a simmer. Add onions, potatoes, carrots, celery and salt. Cook until tender. Add peas and corn the last 5 minutes.
