Ingredients

juice or berries, any kind |
| 4 Cup |
sugar, divided in half |
| 2 Tablespoon |
vinegar |
Instructions
If using whole fruit, crush before cooking. Mix 2 cups sugar with juice or fruit and vinegar. Boil 3 minutes. Add remaining 2 cups sugar. Boil 5 minutes
more. Immediately pour into hot jars and seal. Jam or jelly may be frozen. (Leave at least 1-inch head space for freezing.)
