Instructions
1/2 cup butter
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 1/2 cups sliced apples
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
Cut butter into cake mix. stir in cocoanut. Pour intoa 9 by 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Arrange apple slices on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Blend sour cream and egg and drizzle over apples. Bake an additional 25 minutes or until edges are light brown.
