Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds asparagus, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, sliced thinly
1/2 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook asparagus until tender. Drain and puree in food processor. Combine puree with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until ready for use. This recipe has fooled many people into thinking it was avocado guacamole.
