Ingredients
1 | pound cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered |
1 | tablespoon garlic, minced |
1/2 | green pepper, diced (more if you prefer) |
2 | tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 | tablespoon cilantro |
1/2 | tablespoon parsley |
1/2 | tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 | tablespoon lime juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
