Ingredients

1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, diced (more if you prefer)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon cilantro
1/2 tablespoon parsley
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or 24 hours for full flavor.
