Ingredients
| 1 | pound cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered |
| 1 | tablespoon garlic, minced |
| 1/2 | green pepper, diced (more if you prefer) |
| 2 | tablespoons olive oil |
| 1/2 | tablespoon cilantro |
| 1/2 | tablespoon parsley |
| 1/2 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1/2 | tablespoon lime juice |
| salt and pepper, to taste |

Toss all ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours, or 24 hours for full flavor.
