Instructions
11 /2 cups mayonnaise
2/3-1 cup fresh basil
Zest of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3-4 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients into food processor and blend. Add salt and pepper. Place in covered container and
refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve on sandwiches, pitas, wraps and grilled fish.
