Ingredients

2 Pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 Can tomato soup
2 Can water
6 Tablespoon rice, uncooked
5 Cup shredded cabbage
1 carrot, sliced
3/4 Cup cubed Cheddar cheese

Instructions

Saute meat and onion. Drain. Add soup and water. Add rice and simmer for 5 minutes. Place cabbage in 9-by-13-inch buttered baking dish. Layer carrots slices and cheese cubes. Top with meat mixture. (Do not stir.) Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
