Ingredients
| 2 | jalapeƱos (seeded for less heat) |
| 1 | clove garlic, diced or smashed |
| 1/2 | medium white onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon pepper |
| 1 | can black beans |
| 2 | scallions, finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons fresh lime juice |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 1 | avocado |
| 1/2 | cup fresh cilantro |
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine jalapeños, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Add beans, scallions, lime juice, and oil. Toss to combine. Fold in avocado and cilantro.
