Instructions
Coat muffin tin with nonstick spray. Place one tortilla into each cup of muffin tin, folding to fit. Set aside. Place chopped bacon into large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 to 3 minutes or until bacon is desired level of crispness. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill tortillas with egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. (If time is short, place the tortillas in custard cups, add the filling and microwave on high for 10-15 minutes or until set.) Makes 6 servings.
