Ingredients
| 1 1/2 | pounds pork sausage |
| 9 | eggs, slightly beaten |
| 3 | cups milk |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons dry mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 3 | slices bread, crumbled |
| 1 1/2 | cups cheese, shredded |
Instructions
Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in sausage, bread and cheese. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch
pan. Refrigerate covered overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Serves 8
