Ingredients

1 Pound bacon
2 Cup salad dressing
1/3 Cup sugar
1/3 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper, to taste
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
1 medium head red cabbage, coarsely chopped
1 medium red onion, diced

Instructions

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Blend salad dressing, sugar, cheese, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, layer cauliflower, 1/3 of the dressing, then the cabbage, a second 1/3 of the dressing, onion and remainder of the dressing. Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. (Do not stir before serving!)
