Ingredients

salad dressing |

| 1/3 Cup |
grated Parmesan cheese |

salt and pepper, to taste |

medium head cauliflower, cut into small pieces |

medium head red cabbage, coarsely chopped |
| 1 |
medium red onion, diced |
Instructions
Fry bacon until crisp. Drain, crumble and set aside. Blend salad dressing, sugar, cheese, salt and pepper. In a large bowl, layer cauliflower, 1/3 of the dressing, then the cabbage, a second 1/3 of the dressing, onion and remainder of the dressing. Sprinkle top with crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. (Do not stir before serving!)
