Ingredients
| 3/4 | cup sugar |
| 1 | cup oil |
| 1/3 | cup vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon ground mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon poppy seed |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1 | head lettuce, cut up |
| 1 | cup Swiss cheese, grated |
| 1 | cup cashews |
Instructions
Mix first six ingredients into a dressing and refrigerate. Mix lettuce, cheese and cashews. Pour dressing over lettuce mixture just before serving.
