Ingredients

3 carrots, grated
3 celery, diced ribs
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 cauliflower, cut in small pieces head
1/2 Cup sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/4 Cup salad oil

Instructions

Combine carrots, celery, onion, corn and cauliflower in a large bowl. Mix together the sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cool slightly and pour over vegetables. Mix well and let stand for flavors to blend.
