Ingredients

2 1/4 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oleo
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup water
1 can cherry pie filling
4 cups rhubarb, diced
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and oleo. Cut together to make crumbs. Save ¾ cup crumbs for the top and spread the rest in a 9x13-inch pan. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water; cook until thick. Remove from heat and
add pie filling, rhubarb and vanilla extract. Pour over crumb crust and sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
