Ingredients
| 4 | chicken breasts |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons seasoned salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon pepper |
| 1/4 | cup vegetable oil |
| 20 | ounces frozen asparagus |
| 10 1/2 | ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can) |
| 1/2 | cup mayonnaise or sour cream |
| 1 | teaspoon lemon juice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon curry powder |
| 1 | cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and season with seasoned salt and pepper. Sauté chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes until white and opaque. Remove and drain on paper towels. Cook asparagus as directed on package. Drain and place in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Add chicken pieces. In a separate bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise or sour cream, lemon juice
and curry powder. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Serves 8
