Instructions

1 head Romaine lettuce

1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced red pepper

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup honey roasted sesame sticks

1 tablespoon mustard

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil

1/3 cup vinegar

1/4 cup water

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon onion flakes

Combine the first seven ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Just before serving, pour dressing over the salad ingredients and toss to combine.
