Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced |

deli-sliced turkey, beef or ham |

red or green bell pepper, finely chopped |
Instructions
Spread 2 ounces cream cheese evenly over entire surface of each tortilla. Layer several leaves of lettuce over the cream cheese. Evenly divide and layer the cheese, meat and peppers over the lettuce. Roll up each tortilla very tightly. Cut the rolls into 1-inch slices and place on serving platter.
