Ingredients
| 1 | cup cold milk |
| 1 | teaspoon Knox gelatin |
| 1 | 4.5-ounce package instant chocolate pudding |
| 1 | pint vanilla ice cream, softened |
| 1 | graham cracker pie crust |
| optional toppings: whipped topping, chocolate shavings |
Instructions
In large bowl, mix milk and gelatin. Stir in chocolate pudding and ice cream. Pour into pie shell and chill until firm. Serve with whipped topping and chocolate shavings, if desired. Serves 6
