Ingredients
1 | cup flour, sifted |
1 | teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 | teaspoon salt |
2 | tablespoons butter |
1 | egg, beaten |
2 | tablespoons milk |
3 | cups rhubarb, diced |
1 | package strawberry Jell-O (3 ounces) |
1/2 | cup flour |
1 | cup sugar |
1/2 | teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 | cup butter, melted |
Instructions
Sift together 1 cup sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Cut in 2 tablespoons butter, add egg and milk then mix. Press into a
greased 9-inch pie pan. Arrange rhubarb in a pie pan and sprinkle with Jell-O. Combine ½ cup flour, sugar, cinnamon and ¼ cup melted butter and sprinkle on top of the pie. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender. Serves 6
