Instructions

           1     2-pound pork tenderloin or pork loin roast

           1     12-ounce bottle root beer

           1     18-ounce bottle favorite barbecue sauce

           8     hamburger buns, sliced and toasted

 

Place roast and root beer in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until pork shreds easily. Drain well and stir in barbecue sauce. Serve on toasted buns. Double recipe for larger crowds
