Ingredients
| 1/4 | cup walnuts, toasted |
| 6 | ounces broccoli slaw |
| 1 1/2 | cups kale, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup apple |
| 1/2 | cup blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup strawberries |
| 1 | orange |
| 1 | avocado |
| 1/4 | cup mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons sugar |
| 1/2 | teaspoon lemon juice |
Instructions
To toast walnuts, roast at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Cut vegetables and fruits into small pieces and mix with walnuts. In a fruit jar, add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour dressing over salad and mix well. Serves 6
